My mission is to help you feel the very best version of yourself whilst also future-proofing your body for the long term. I want to pass on my expertise so that you can take back control of your own health and fitness journey.

I’m passionate about excellent technique as that will enable you to exercise safely and effectively. And if I can help you regain joy, confidence, and that badass side of you along the way, then I’m here for it!

This is why I offer a range of ways you can work with me, dependent on your goals, your time, and budget. 

​

I created my online strength training app, Lift for Life, to support women over 40 through a stage of life where building strength, energy and confidence needs a more thoughtful approach. Rather than relying on motivation alone, the programme focuses on safe, progressive training and consistent habits that work with your body now - not against it.

​

The app-based format makes it easier to start where you are and build momentum at your own pace, whether you’re completely new to exercise or returning after a long break. With short, guided workouts and clear structure, progress feels achievable rather than overwhelming.

​

Lift for Life brings together the key foundations for long-term health: strength training, daily movement, lifestyle habits and ongoing support. By helping you understand your starting point and progress steadily, the programme is designed to support lasting confidence, energy and wellbeing - now and into the future.

As an alternative to my online strength training, I’ve created my Technique Masterclasses, working 1-2-1 with you to ensure your technique is on point, so every minute you work out is effective, safe, challenging yet enjoyable. And for those that would benefit, as part of the package, I offer an opportunity to meet over Zoom to discuss the right exercise plan for you going forward. There’s so much information out there, I know it can feel overwhelming!

And then if you know what you should be doing, but just can't seem to find the motivation to do it and want an expert to get you focused, energised and actually just plain DOING IT - then maybe my PT block bookings are the right package for you.

Running alongside all of these programmes are my retreats where I run resistance training sessions, do Q&As, share ‘exercise snacks’ to do once home and lots more. I often co-host with other experts so you can learn as many tools as possible to put in your kit bag ready for what midlife and menopause may throw your way.
